Dr. Raul S. Molina is a board certified Periodontist, serving Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of all stages of gum disease and gum related conditions, implant placement and bone regeneration.
Dr. Molina earned his dental degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine. He then continued his education in Periodontology and Oral Implantology with a master’s in Oral Biology at Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry.
Dr. Molina strives to provide his patients with optimal oral health and full-body wellness in the most efficient, advanced and comfortable ways possible. He also takes great pride in staying up-to-date with the latest developments in dentistry and periodontology. He is highly trained and certified in LANAP® and LAPIP®—gentle and high-tech laser treatments for gum disease and peri-implantitis, respectively.
In his down time Dr. Molina enjoys spending time with his wife Dr. Paola, and their three children, Gabriella, and identical twin boys Matteo and Milan. He also loves cooking, trying new flavors, playing tennis and traveling.
Dr. P is Dr. Molina’s wife! She graduated from Temple University Korhrberg School of Dentistry and practiced dentistry until recently when she decided that her little ones and husband were her priority. A hard decision made with prayer and love! She is now at the office making sure things run smoothly and at home enjoying the beauty of being a mom to Gaby, and twins Matteo and Milan. Yes! They are the parents of three under three so in her down time (if any), Dr. P recovers some sleep, prays, and enjoys her family.
Nicole, our delightful front manager, is a native of Brooklyn, New York. She has loved living the past 18 years in the beautiful city of Jacksonville. Nicole has supported successful dental practices in both New York and Florida for over 30 years. She never wavered from her commitment to patient care and satisfaction, and finds the opportunity to build strong relationships with so many of our patients over the years extremely rewarding. “It is truly a pleasure each and every day to help our patients maintain a healthy smile” When away from her desk at the practice, you can find Nic on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean somewhere.
Cindy is our wonderful patient coordinator. She is always happy and eager to help you plan and coordinate all your treatment appointments, answer any questions you may have regarding your treatment, and has a vast knowledge to guide you through the whole process. She loves being there for you. Cindy grew up in Maryland, but has lived in Jax for over 25 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her son, fine dining, seafood, cooler weather, sweaters and fireplaces, as well as traveling and working with her youth group at church.
Pam is a dental hygienist with over 40 years of experience. Pam first fell in love with dentistry when she began working as a dental assistant at the young age of 18. She felt encourage to continue her education and did so by become a hygienist, and a great one too! Pam has worked with both general dentistry and Periodontology, but she has been at this practice for 26 years! She is very passionate about healthy smile, and finds joy in keeping our patients smiling. In her down time she loves spending time with her kids and grandchildren. She loves to visit them every chance she has. She also enjoys working with plants that bloom adding more beauty to this world, and last but not least singing at the church choir.
Teresa is a highly skilled and qualified dental hygienist! She has worked in the dental field since she was 16. She graduated from Old Dominion University, in Virginia and moved to Florida 20 years ago and has worked at our practice for 18 years! She has three wonderful children and a new daughter in law! She loves the beach, biking, and traveling. Teresa has the biggest heart, she loves people and is always helping, so in her free time she gives as many hours as possible to VIM-volunteers in medicine at the Sulzbacher dental clinic and Mission of Mercy.
Maria is our lead surgical assistant with over 25 years of dental experience. Maria is very passionate about her job, she is very well known for her precise,and consistent surgical assisting skills, all with a gentle touch that has earned praises from both doctors and patients.
Kayla is an Expanded Dental Assistant and the newest addition to our work family. She assists in surgical procedures, x-rays, treatment planning and it’s great at providing patient comfort when you need it the most. Kayla is truly a local, born and raised in St. Augustine. She enjoys her weekends traveling, out on the boat, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog. This impressive young woman is kind and brave. Just ask her about her shark cage diving, skydiving and scuba diving!

While we primarily provide gum treatment, we also bear in mind the effect that your gum health plays on your entire body. Our materials and dental procedures are minimally invasive and nontoxic.
